**Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Analyst** **About the Role** Join Instacart's Financial Systems team to lead the design, development, and delivery of custom reports, data integration interfaces, document templates, and REST/SOAP API solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud. You'll enable finance and cross-functional stakeholders to operate with greater speed and accuracy across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation initiatives. **What You'll Own** 📊 **Reporting & Analytics** • Build production-ready Oracle BIP library with data models, RTF templates, and scheduled bursting jobs • Expose parameterized BIP reports as REST endpoints for external systems and dashboards • Configure and maintain BICC extracts for data warehouse integration 📄 **Document Customization** • Design and customize external-facing documents (Invoices, Credit Memos, Statements, Purchase Orders) • Apply corporate branding, conditional logic, and dynamic data sections using RTF and XML Publisher • Build and maintain sub-templates and style templates for consistent formatting 🔄 **Data Integration & FBDI** • Create production-ready FBDI templates for bulk data loads across AR, AP, GL, and other modules • Build and maintain inbound/outbound interface files (CSV, XML, JSON) for third-party integrations • Troubleshoot load errors and validate data mappings 🔌 **API & Systems Integration** • Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations between Oracle Fusion and Billing Platform, HighRadius, Workiva, FloQast • Use Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BIP-generated endpoints • Align solutions to CTO org architecture and API governance standards **Must-Have Skills** • 5+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development • Deep expertise in Oracle BIP (data models, RTF templates, XML Publisher, bursting) • Proven FBDI template building across multiple Fusion modules • Strong BICC configuration and data extraction experience • Experience customizing Oracle Fusion invoice templates and transactional documents • Proficiency with XML, XSLT, and XPath • Hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent middleware experience • Strong written communication skills **Nice-to-Have Skills** • Oracle Fusion Cloud certification • Experience with Workday, HighRadius, Workiva, FloQast integrations • Enterprise architecture framework familiarity • BI Catalog management and OTBI reporting • Oracle Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Financial Data Integration (FDI) • Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) • High-growth tech company or large-scale ERP transformation experience **Work Style** Flex First team — work from home, office, or your favorite coffee shop with regular in-person events. **Compensation** (US-based) • CA, NY, CT, NJ: $157,000–$165,500 • WA: $150,000–$158,500 • OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, HI: $144,000–$152,000 • All other states: $131,000–$138,000 Eligible for new hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.
