**Senior Manager, Data Engineering** **About OneTrust** OneTrust's mission is to enable innovation through the responsible use of data and AI. The AI-Ready Governance Platform™ unifies regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows so businesses can move at the speed of AI while ensuring good governance. **The Role** Lead a team of Data Engineers responsible for creating platform and data engineering architecture for business intelligence and data science solutions. This role combines people leadership with hands-on data engineering work. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop and adhere to standard methodologies for platform architecture, data engineering, data quality, and validation • Propose and socialize data architecture to enable business analytics • Drive technical conversations with stakeholders to explore problems and solutions • Solve production issues with long-term solutions in mind • Work with vendors and security teams for appropriate data controls • Design and build facts, dimensions, snapshots, and SCDs in Snowflake/Databricks using dbt/airflow/ELT tools • Hire, retain, and develop top data engineering talent • Partner with cross-functional teams on product usage data, business data, and data strategy **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 10+ years of professional data engineering experience • Extensive experience with data architecture, data modeling, and ETL pipelines • Strong data warehouse knowledge and complex SQL skills • Experience with Python and various data formats • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments • Experience working with distributed teams across geographies **Nice to Have** • Experience using AI in data engineering contexts • Experience managing distributed teams • Data warehouse design experience (ACV, ARR, Event History, Identity Resolution, etc.) • Growth mindset and desire to learn emerging data technologies **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 Salary Range: $153,750 - $230,625 USD (CA, CO, CT, NV, NY, RI, WA) • Discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions • Comprehensive healthcare, flexible PTO, equity RSUs • 14+ weeks paid parental leave • Career development opportunities • Company-paid privacy certification exam fees **Work Environment** 🏢 Office-first culture: 3 days/week in office for most roles *For more information, visit onetrust.com/careers*
