**Senior Site Reliability Engineer - FedRAMP** **About Bitwarden** Bitwarden empowers enterprises, developers, and individuals to securely store and share sensitive data through transparent, open-source password management, secrets management, and passwordless innovations. **Role Overview** As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer - FedRAMP, you'll operate and build Bitwarden Gov infrastructure across multiple cloud providers. You'll own availability, performance, change management, monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning while maintaining strong security/compliance/governance standards. **Key Responsibilities** • Take ownership of Bitwarden Gov cloud infrastructure with emphasis on security and reliability • Evaluate infrastructure and recommend improvements for reliability, security, availability, scalability, and cost • Implement SRE tools, monitoring, alerting, and observability systems • Respond to infrastructure outages and participate in 24x7 support (on-call rotation with weekend shifts) • Design and engineer operations at scale • Contribute to incident management and operational procedures • Collaborate cross-functionally and manage vulnerability assessments **Required Qualifications** • Minimum 5 years FedRAMP experience (Moderate/High levels) • Production incident response and on-call rotation experience • Strong cloud networking and traffic management knowledge (CNI, Istio) • Multi-region public cloud deployment expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Production Kubernetes experience (Managed Kubernetes, Helm, kubectl, kOps) • Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Python, Go, etc.) • Cloud deployment and automation tools experience (GitOps, Terraform, Pulumi) • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills **Nice-to-Haves** Distributed monitoring, data engineering, startup experience, open source contributions, SaaS background **Important Note** 🔒 **U.S. Citizenship Required** - This FedRAMP compliant role requires U.S. citizenship. Work may be restricted to U.S. citizens and conducted on U.S. territory. **Compensation** 💰 $140,000 - $185,000 USD (based on level, experience, and location) **Interview Process** Recruiting team → SRE Manager → SRE team panel → Head of Security
