**Senior GTM Systems & AI Engineer** **About Cobalt** Cobalt is a fully remote company founded in 2013, committed to helping organizations with seamless, effective Offensive Security Testing. Our SaaS platform combined with the Cobalt Core (500+ vetted testers) enables customers to start pentests in 24 hours. **The Role** We're seeking a Senior GTM Systems & AI Engineer to own and scale the technology infrastructure powering Cobalt's go-to-market organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, you'll be the technical owner of our GTM technology ecosystem. **What You'll Own** • **GTM Systems & Architecture** - Salesforce administration, ecosystem integrations, data flows, and governance • **HubSpot & Marketing Technology** - Workflows, lead scoring, routing, campaigns, and Salesforce sync • **Data, Enrichment & GTM Signals** - Data quality, enrichment providers, intent signals, and orchestration • **Customer Success Technology** - CS platform administration, health scoring, renewals, and lifecycle management • **Automation & AI** - Workflow automation, AI-powered solutions, and emerging GTM technologies • **Systems Governance** - Monitoring, permissions, release management, documentation, and operational excellence **Required Experience** • 7+ years in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or related B2B SaaS roles • Advanced Salesforce administration (Flows, automation, integrations, data architecture) • Advanced HubSpot administration (workflows, lead scoring, campaigns, attribution) • Primary technical ownership of Salesforce-HubSpot integration • B2B SaaS GTM lifecycle expertise (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) • GTM data enrichment and governance experience • Cross-platform integration design (APIs, webhooks, middleware) • Workflow automation using n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools • Customer Success platform administration experience • AI and automation applied to GTM workflows • Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills **Nice to Have** • Experience with Apollo, Clay, LeanData, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Gong, Outreach, Qualified, Clari, or similar • Signal-based GTM workflow design • AI-powered workflow or agent deployment • SQL, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript knowledge • Experience scaling SaaS organizations through systems transformation **Why Join Cobalt** • Competitive salary ($135,000 - $160,000) + equity + benefits • 401(k) (US) or pension (EU) • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance (US) or statutory healthcare (EU) • Wellness, work-from-home, and learning & development stipends • Flexible PTO and paid parental leave • Mentorship from experienced senior leaders • Fully remote, diverse, inclusive culture
