Trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. **About the Role:** We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data team and own the reliability of the data our GTM stakeholders depend on. This is a full-stack role: you'll build and maintain the pipelines, transformations, and data models that turn CRM, marketing, and product usage data into the reporting and forecasting infrastructure that Sales, Marketing, and RevOps run on. **What You Will Do:** • Own pipelines that bring GTM source systems (CRM, marketing automation, outbound tooling, product usage) into the warehouse reliably • Diagnose and resolve data quality and freshness issues at the source • Design and maintain dbt models for clean, trusted datasets including pipeline, revenue, attribution, and funnel metrics • Set testing and documentation standards for trustworthy, extensible models • Build datasets and semantic models powering Sales, Marketing, and RevOps dashboards • Reduce one-off requests by designing for self-service • Partner with GTM leaders to understand data needs and spot bad metrics before they ship • Build high-quality pipeline and transformation code and mentor other engineers **About You:** • 4+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related field with production pipeline ownership • Strong SQL and Python skills; production-grade, testable code experience • Hands-on dbt (or comparable framework), dimensional modeling, ELT/ETL, and orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster) • Direct GTM data experience: CRM models, pipeline/revenue reporting, sales/marketing attribution • Proven ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and translate business questions into technical specs • Strong communication skills and track record of technical ownership **Benefits:** • Competitive compensation ($170,000 - $260,000 base in San Francisco) + equity • Inclusive healthcare package • Mentorship and professional development • Flexible time off • Equipment and WFH budget Vercel is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive community.
