The company's Intelligent Connectivity Platform integrates CXL®, Ethernet, NVLink, PCIe®, and UALink™ technologies with COSMOS software to unify diverse components into cohesive systems. **Role Overview** Serve as a trusted technical partner to customers deploying high-speed connectivity solutions. Lead critical customer support for Ethernet and PCIe products, translating system requirements into production-ready designs and accelerating issue resolution across complex AI infrastructure platforms. Based onsite in San Jose. **Key Responsibilities** • **Customer Technical Leadership** – Lead technical engagements from architecture definition through deployment; own escalations and drive issues to closure • **Ethernet & PCIe Support** – Develop debug plans for connectivity issues; analyze physical-layer behavior and signal integrity; partner with engineering on product improvements • **Cross-Functional Enablement** – Collaborate with sales and product teams; create technical collateral and reference architectures; mentor Field Applications Engineers **Basic Qualifications** • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field • 12-20 years in field applications, system, or product engineering • Deep hands-on experience with Ethernet and/or PCIe systems, high-speed SerDes, link training, and compliance • Strong understanding of physical-layer concepts, signal integrity, and system-level debug • Ability to lead complex escalations and communicate clearly to diverse audiences • Willing to work onsite in San Jose and travel as needed **Preferred Qualifications** • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • Experience with PCIe Gen 5/6/7, high-speed Ethernet, retimers, and scale-up/scale-out solutions • Familiarity with data-center platform architectures (servers, accelerators, switches, NICs) • Experience developing reference designs and customer-facing technical documentation • Proven track record mentoring technical professionals in fast-moving environments **Compensation & Benefits** Salary: $205,000–$260,000 (based on experience and business need).
