**System Administrator (Second Shift) - Factory Systems** **About the Role** Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Administrator to own deployment, maintenance, and support of software and tools across manufacturing lines. This role blends traditional system administration with network administration, ensuring production systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for factory operations. **What You'll Do** • Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware, servers, and software systems across the manufacturing line • Design and support network infrastructure (switches, VLANs, routing, wireless, segmentation) • Build, harden, and maintain physical and virtual servers for manufacturing applications • Monitor system, server, and network performance; proactively resolve production issues • Support deployment and integration of factory stations and production equipment • Implement security controls, access management, and compliance standards • Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues in time-sensitive environments • Document processes, configurations, and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years as Systems or Network Administrator in manufacturing/industrial/high-throughput environments • **Ability to work second shift: 3PM - 11PM** • Proficiency in Windows/Linux system administration • Hands-on expertise with network components (switches, firewalls, VLANs, routing, DNS, VPN) • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in production-critical environments • Experience with asset tracking and configuration management • Strong understanding of security principles and endpoint hardening • Excellent communication and documentation skills **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience with MES, ERP, factory software, OT networks, PLCs, or SCADA systems • Background in hybrid IT/OT network architectures, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), or containerized environments • Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, SCCM) • Experience with asset management platforms or reliability engineering practices • Relevant certifications (Server+, Azure Administrator, CCNA, ITIL) **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 **Salary Range:** $97,000 - $129,000 USD ✈️ **Travel:** 25% (potentially international) Competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits included for full-time employees.
