We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. **About the Role** The Endpoint team (Client Platform Engineering) manages the laptops and handsets every Anthropic employee works on. This role exists to design and implement a corporate-issued mobile device program (managed company phones and managed Apple accounts) in every region Anthropic operates in, taking it from early design to production. **Key Responsibilities** • Design the corporate-issued mobile device program and device standards • Own global logistics of issuing hardware: procurement, regional coverage, spares, and refresh cycles • Bring mobile configuration into config-as-code pipeline • Build zero-touch enrollment for iOS and Android • Own policy, compliance, and device lifecycle for the corporate fleet • Build telemetry on the corporate fleet • Own managed app distribution for mobile • Partner with Corporate Security on device posture and trust signals • Decide how corporate-issued and BYOD coexist **Required Experience** • 8+ years managing corporate mobile fleets at thousands-of-devices scale • Deep expertise in iOS device management (enrollment, Apple Business Manager, ADE, APNs) • Android device management experience • Experience running MDM infrastructure (self-hosted servers, AWS, Terraform) • Built or launched a corporate device program • Strong communication and documentation skills **Technical Skills** Python, shell scripting, iOS/Android platform internals, modern MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Workspace ONE), fleet-scale device state querying, mobile device lifecycle automation, GitOps, endpoint security fundamentals **Compensation & Details** $285,000 – $325,000 USD annually **Location:** Hybrid (25% office minimum) **Visa Sponsorship:** Available **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
