**Demo Environment Operations Manager** **About the Role** Hybrid leadership position leading the Demo Environment Operations team. Balance people management and strategic project delivery with hands-on engineering duties. Lead Demo Engineers, oversee day-to-day operations, drive large-scale event initiatives, and build/maintain demonstration environments for global sales and marketing. **Minimum Qualifications** • 3 years leading technical teams or managing technical operations (Sales Engineering, Technical Support, or DevOps) • 5 years hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), API integrations, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern web stacks • Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, JavaScript) for environment setup and automated testing • Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams for corporate events, product launches, or software releases **Preferred Qualifications** • Proven ability to balance leadership/administrative duties with hands-on technical contribution • Advanced experience managing and optimizing Jira/Jira Service Management workflows • Dedication to empowering team members and supporting career progression • Strong composure managing competing priorities during crunch periods • Exceptional verbal and written communication across technical and executive stakeholders **Key Responsibilities** • Manage, mentor, and evaluate Demo Engineers team • Monitor bandwidth, assign work, and ensure team success • Develop best practices and standards for demo environment lifecycle • Track operational metrics to optimize operations • Partner with Product teams on demo roadmap and strategy • Collaborate across Product Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Executive Leadership • Actively resolve demo requests and fulfill senior engineering responsibilities • Design, build, and configure demo environments and integrations **Compensation** US Base Salary: $163,000 – $223,000 USD (Plus bonus, equity, and benefits) **Requirements** Must have legal right to work in position location without visa sponsorship.
