**Senior Technical Implementation Architect, Interoperability** **Department:** Product Delivery **About the Role** Hands-on technical role providing interoperability expertise for enterprise and strategic customer implementations. Partners with customer technical leaders, implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams to evaluate feasibility, guide planning, develop recommendations, and deliver successful interoperability implementations. **Key Responsibilities** • Serve as primary technical owner for assigned strategic customer implementations • Evaluate technical feasibility and recommend approaches aligned with customer requirements • Analyze interoperability requirements within broader customer technology ecosystems • Participate in technical discovery, workshops, and implementation planning • Provide technical leadership across customer engagements • Analyze technical artifacts (APIs, FHIR, logs, JSON payloads, workflows) • Navigate multi-stakeholder technical ecosystems and drive alignment • Translate complex requirements into practical implementation strategies • Exercise independent technical judgment on risks and dependencies • Develop implementation documentation and technical guidance • Improve delivery through reusable patterns and automation • Share feedback with Product and Engineering teams **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years leading customer-facing technical implementations or enterprise integrations • Experience as primary technical owner for enterprise interoperability implementations • Deep understanding of REST APIs, HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR, US Core, HL7v2, identity/authentication protocols, and healthcare data exchange • Ability to interpret engineering documentation, API specs, and technical artifacts • Strong systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience) **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience with SQL, Python, scripting, or automation • Curiosity for leveraging technology and AI-assisted workflows • Relevant certifications in interoperability, APIs, cloud, or integration **Working Conditions** • Remote, U.S. based • 10-20% travel • Salary: $140,000-$155,000 (based on skills, experience, and location) **Benefits** Medical, dental, vision • Mental health support • Flexible time off • Paid parental leave • 401(k) with match • HSA/FSA • Life/disability/accident insurance • Pet insurance • Work-from-home equipment provided
