**AI Architect** **About the Role** TTEC's App Delivery & Automation organization is transforming into an AI-first delivery engine. As AI Architect, you'll own the technical architecture layer across three pillars: Automation (RPA, shop floor), AI & Intelligence (bots, agentic AI, GenAI), and Product Engineering (SaaS products). This is a hands-on technical leadership role reporting directly to the VP of App Delivery & Automation with director-level authority. **Location:** Denver, Colorado (Hybrid) **Key Responsibilities** • Define and maintain multi-model AI platform architecture (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini/Vertex AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio) • Establish standards for agent design, composition, and orchestration across Google ADK and MCP • Own AI output evaluation, monitoring, and production improvement frameworks • Ensure architectural consistency across all three pillars • Design interfaces between deterministic automation (RPA) and probabilistic AI systems • Define and enforce technical AI governance standards and risk tiering • Lead architectural reviews and serve as technical decision-maker in governance processes • Evaluate and prototype emerging AI frameworks and infrastructure patterns **Required Experience** • 12+ years software/systems architecture; 4+ years in AI/ML, LLM applications, or intelligent automation at enterprise scale • Production experience building agentic systems with LLM APIs and agent frameworks • Multi-platform AI architecture experience (Anthropic + Google + Microsoft) • Strong knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Experience designing enterprise AI governance frameworks • Ability to work from whiteboard architecture to working prototype • Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences **Preferred Experience** • Google ADK, LangGraph, or multi-agent orchestration frameworks • AI systems in BPO, contact center, or enterprise SaaS environments • RPA platforms (Power Automate, UiPath) • Azure AI services and Google Vertex AI integration patterns • Shop floor/operational technology (OT) environments • Formal architecture governance roles **Compensation:** $150,000–$180,000 USD (based on location, experience, education, skills)
