**Senior Platform Engineer, Infrastructure** **About the Role** Webflow is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer, Infrastructure to build and own foundational cloud and source control infrastructure. You'll design the landing zone and paved-road templates that make hosting and source control self-service by default, with guardrails that balance permissiveness and safety. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and maintain foundational shared services (VPCs, DNS, PKI, secrets management) • Own the cloud landing zone: multi-region connectivity, account structure, tagging standards • Build Infrastructure as Code pipelines (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible) • Design self-service pathways for code hosting and deployment • Build guardrails: policy-as-code, tagging enforcement, cost controls, security baselines • Develop foundational observability infrastructure (logging, metrics, tracing) • Partner with SRE on platform reliability • Manage cloud vendor and tooling relationships **Requirements** • 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or cloud engineering • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (multi-account architecture) • Strong Infrastructure as Code experience • Experience with GitOps-style delivery pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) • Networking and security fundamentals (VPC, DNS, PKI, secrets management) • Observability tooling experience (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) • Cloud cost management (FinOps) familiarity • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills **Location & Compensation** Remote-first (United States) | Full-time, Permanent, Exempt Base Pay (USD): Zone A: $212,500–$255,000 | Zone B: $200,000–$240,000 | Zone C: $186,500–$224,000 Eligible for company-wide bonus program **Benefits** Equity (RSUs), comprehensive health coverage, 12 weeks paid parental leave, flexible vacation, 401(k) with 100% match (up to $6,000/year), wellness stipends, mental health resources **Reporting to:** Senior Director, Information Technology
