**Junior Software Engineer** **About Power Digital:** A tech-enabled growth firm at the intersection of marketing, consulting & data intelligence. We're a people-first organization focused on driving revenue growth and brand recognition for leading companies worldwide. **The Role:** Build and maintain features across our AI-centric web applications. You'll turn designs into working UI, wire up API integrations, and keep the codebase clean and well-tested. Work closely with senior engineers who'll review your code, help unblock you, and push you to level up fast. **Key Responsibilities:** • Build and maintain web application features (frontend & backend) with clean, well-documented code • Work on REST and GraphQL API integrations and databases • Debug technical issues and write unit/integration tests • Follow security best practices and internal development standards • Participate in code reviews and team stand-ups • Employ AI technologies to enhance business processes **Requirements:** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience • Working knowledge of a modern web framework (JavaScript/TypeScript or equivalent) • Basic understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs and relational databases • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English • Comfort with code review feedback and asking for help • Eagerness to learn and grow quickly **Important Notes:** ⏰ Pacific time zone working hours expected 🌍 Global, cross-timezone team **Equal Opportunity Employer:** We value diversity in backgrounds and experiences.
