Recognized in Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Privileged Access Management (PAM), Keeper holds FedRAMP High and GovRAMP Moderate Authorization. **About the Role** Lead large-scale federal platform, IT services and infrastructure initiatives spanning Engineering, Security, Compliance and Operations. Drive execution of Keeper's federal platform roadmap including FedRAMP High and DoD IL5 delivery, enterprise disaster recovery, infrastructure automation and Zero Trust identity programs. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead end-to-end execution of complex federal platform and infrastructure programs • Partner with Engineering, Security, Compliance and Product leadership on strategy and priorities • Oversee large-scale cloud initiatives across AWS and federal environments • Coordinate Infrastructure-as-Code operating model for GovCloud using Terraform • Lead enterprise disaster recovery initiatives with cross-region failover architecture • Drive Zero Trust identity initiatives including KeeperPAM deployment and SCIM expansion • Support FedRAMP High hardening, STIG validation and continuous compliance monitoring • Integrate security-by-design and compliance requirements (FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, SOC 2, ISO 27001) • Improve deployment pipelines and strengthen platform reliability • Oversee observability and monitoring initiatives across federal and commercial environments • Recruit, mentor and develop Federal Platform Operations engineers • Manage program timelines, technical risks and stakeholder expectations **Requirements** • 8+ years federal IT, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering or government/regulated mission experience • 4+ years leading technical programs or complex cross-functional engineering projects • Demonstrated FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, STIG or DoD Cloud Computing SRG delivery experience • Strong AWS experience (ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM); AWS GovCloud preferred • Infrastructure-as-code and cloud automation (Terraform, containers, automated deployments) • Cloud security and modern platform engineering practices in federal environments • Observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) • Technical team building and mentoring experience • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent) • **U.S. citizenship required** **Preferred Qualifications** • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Certified Security - Specialty • HashiCorp Terraform certification • Direct FedRAMP High or DoD IL5 authorization experience • NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP authorization process familiarity • Secrets management or privileged access management platform experience • Security automation and compliance-as-code tooling experience • Active security clearance or ability to obtain high-level U.S. Government clearance • PMP certification **Benefits** • Medical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships) • Employer Paid Life Insurance & Supplemental coverage • Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance • 401K (Roth/Traditional) • Generous PTO plan with paid Bereavement/
