**Senior Android Engineer, Client Team - VenturaOS** **About The Trade Desk** Global technology company and world's leading independent platform for digital advertising with nearly 4,000 employees across 30+ offices. **The Team** Small, high-impact team building next-generation TV operating system. Direct influence over product direction with flexible structure. Part of the Ventura OS project developing sophisticated backend infrastructure for CTV advertising. **What You'll Do** • Design and implement features across Android platforms (mobile and TV) • Write clean, maintainable Kotlin code using Coroutines and Jetpack Compose • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring • Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience • Advocate for Android development best practices **What You Bring** • Strong Android development experience with deep SDK knowledge • Proficiency in Kotlin, including Coroutines • Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose • Understanding of architecture patterns (MVI, Repository, Use Cases) • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks • Excellent communication and collaborative skills • Mentoring ability • *Bonus:* Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger), performance optimization, accessibility **Compensation & Benefits** Base Salary: $124,900 – $228,900 USD • Stock-based compensation • Comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision) • 401(k) with company match • Disability and life insurance • Up to 120 hours vacation (first year), 160 hours thereafter • ~13 paid holidays • Parental leave, tuition reimbursement **Equal Opportunity Employer** Accommodations available upon request.
