**Telecom Engineer** *Remote • Full Time • Global IT • Mid Level* **About the Role** Join Henry Schein One as a Telecom Engineer and help power the communication platforms that keep our business connected. You'll provide frontline support for NICE CXone and RingCentral, resolving technical issues, maintaining telecom workflows, and assisting with call flow design and implementation. **What You'll Do** • Provide Tier 1 support for RingCentral and NICE CXone environments • Manage user accounts, roles, and system configurations • Perform incident triage and troubleshooting using telecom diagnostic tools • Assist with call flow development, testing, and documentation • Maintain change records and knowledge base content • Partner with senior engineers during implementations and deployments • Collaborate with business stakeholders on technical requirements **What We're Looking For** • 3+ years of IT or telecom support experience • Hands-on experience with NICE CXone and RingCentral • Familiarity with IVRs, call routing, and user provisioning • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities **Nice to Have** • Associate's Degree in Information Technology • RingCentral or NICE CXone certifications • Scripting knowledge (XML, JavaScript) • SIP ladder analysis experience • Amazon Connect or Salesforce Service Cloud Voice experience **Compensation & Benefits** $73,000 - $95,000 + bonus eligibility Health coverage, 401(k) match, PTO, parental leave, wellness resources, education support **Location** Remote within the United States (up to 10% travel as needed) **Apply at:** https://henryscheinone.applytojob.com/apply
