**MSE, Vehicle Software, RUST** **About the Role** Anduril Industries is seeking a senior software engineer for the Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) Vehicle Software team. You'll develop foundational software for autonomous robotics systems including the Fury unmanned fighter jet and Barracuda family of advanced effects, collaborating across disciplines on vehicle control, networking, sensor integration, and telemetry. **Required Qualifications** • Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret security clearance • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field • 3+ years production-grade Rust and/or C++ experience in Linux environments • Experience building software for significant data processing and analysis • Ability to understand and navigate complex systems and established codebases • Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact • Willing to travel up to 20% for building, testing, and deployment **Preferred Qualifications** • Strong background in Physics, Mathematics, and/or Motion Planning • Experience with multi-agent autonomous systems in real-world environments • Feature and algorithm development with behavior trees • Flight systems and safety-critical software development • Distributed communication networks and message standards • Knowledge of military systems and operational tactics **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 **Salary Range:** $166,000 – $220,000 USD Competitive equity grants, comprehensive benefits package, and top-tier employee support included. *For more information on benefits and to verify this is a legitimate Anduril posting, visit anduril.com/careers or contact contact@anduril.com*
