**Senior DevOps Automation Engineer (Remote Opportunity)** **About the Role** VetsEZ is hiring a Senior Test Engineer for a 100% remote position supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project. You'll develop, validate, and automate an AI-powered Patient Health Data Summarization capability within the Joint Longitudinal Viewer (JLV) Clinical Decision Support (CDS) platform. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for AI-powered patient summarization • Design test coverage across clinical document types (CCD, Discharge Summaries, Progress Notes, H&P) • Analyze and validate C-CDA XML documents and clinical data standards • Develop positive, negative, boundary, and edge-case testing scenarios • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and UAT • Build automated test suites for document ingestion, AI summarization, APIs, and UIs • Evaluate AI-generated content for clinical completeness, accuracy, and reliability • Collaborate with engineers, architects, clinicians, and government stakeholders **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Health Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent experience • 5+ years testing healthcare software applications • Strong knowledge of C-CDA standards and XML-based healthcare data • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards and CDS applications • Test automation frameworks and API testing tools • Experience with AI-assisted testing tools and LLMs • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain Government/Public Trust clearance **Preferred Qualifications** • VA healthcare systems experience (JLV or similar) • Healthcare terminologies (SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, ICD) • AI/ML-enabled healthcare solution validation • Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud-native environments **Benefits** Medical/Dental/Vision • 401k with Employer Match • PTO + Federal Holidays • Corporate Laptop • Training Opportunities • Remote **Location:** Continental US (Remote) **Note:** No sponsorship available at this time.
