**Senior Product Solutions Architect - Autonomous Incident Response** **About the Role:** Join Datadog's Product Solutions Architecture (PSA) team as a technical multiplier across the organization. Partner with Field teams on complex customer use cases, design architectures, and drive adoption of Service Management products including App Builder, Incident Management, Event Management, Workflow Automation, and On-Call. **What You'll Do:** • Serve as subject matter expert for Datadog's Service Management products • Partner with Field teams to provide technical guidance on incident response workflows, on-call escalation policies, and custom tool development • Create high-impact technical collateral including reference architectures, guides, and documentation • Build proofs of concept and validate solutions in real-world customer environments • Act as trusted advisor to Product Management, shaping roadmaps based on field experience **Who You Are:** • Strong engineering foundation with hands-on experience building incident response programs and on-call rotations at scale • Familiar with distributed systems, observability concepts (tracing, metrics, logging), and alerting/incident management workflows • Experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with low-code/no-code development • Comfortable in rapidly evolving technical domains with strong consultative and listening skills • Detail-oriented with ability to travel up to 40% and sit up to 4 hours for client visits **Bonus Points:** • 5+ years as Solutions Architect/Sales Engineer with incident management, ITSM, or workflow automation tools • Experience with Datadog or observability tools in SRE/DevOps capacity • Experience building custom applications with low-code platforms **Compensation & Benefits:** 💰 $185,000 - $246,000 USD • Best-in-breed onboarding and professional development • Comprehensive benefits including healthcare, dental, parental planning, mental health support • Stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan • Paid time off, fitness reimbursements, 401(k) match • Inclusive company culture with Community Guilds and mentorship programs *Hybrid workplace | Equal opportunity employer*
