We're seeking a Staff Software Engineer to build and operate internal platforms that power our engineering teams—the infrastructure layer, CI/CD pipelines, and developer lifecycle tooling. You'll support 30+ development groups and 180+ services as a hands-on technical authority. **What You'll Do** • Design and build the internal platform layer—infrastructure and CI/CD tooling other teams depend on • Develop modern, scalable full-stack solutions with integrated AI capabilities (primarily Python, growing Node.js) • Own observability tooling and vendor integrations (Dynatrace) • Provide technical oversight across multiple domains and mentor other developers • Support and integrate AWS infrastructure across regions **Tech Stack** Python • Node.js • Terraform • Docker • Kubernetes • Dynatrace • AWS • GitLab • LLMs & AI/ML **What We're Looking For** • 10+ years of software development experience • Solid understanding of architecture patterns and company-wide infrastructure • Experience with LLMs or AI technologies for code generation and improvement • Expert-level testing skills (unit, integration, end-to-end) • Track record of owning domains and defining cross-team roadmaps • Strong communication and mentoring abilities **Bonus:** Bachelor's in Computer Science; AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications **Compensation & Benefits** $140,000 - $170,000 + bonus eligibility Health coverage • Retirement with match • PTO • Parental leave • Wellness resources • Education support **Apply:** https://henryscheinone.applytojob.com/apply
