**Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide!** **Primary Role** - Lead the technical design and development of projects - Guide the engineering team, ensure code quality, and align solutions with business goals and technical standards - Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions - Implement A/B tests in **Adobe Target** based on requirements **Education & Experience** - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience - 10+ years of hands-on **AEM** development experience (Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Apache Web Server) - 5+ years leading **AEM architecture and delivery teams** for client-facing applications **Proven Skills & Abilities** - Design and implement **AEM-based architectures** to support digital marketing strategies - Integrate AEM solutions with existing systems and cross-functional teams - Design **caching and security** strategies (Dispatcher, firewall, CDN) - Support **multi-site and multi-language** web applications using AEM capabilities - Create and manage **A/B and multivariate tests** with **Audience Segmentation** from 6sense using **Adobe Target**; leverage **A4T** for enhanced analytics - Integrate with third-party applications (e.g., **Salesforce, OneTrust, 6sense**) and Adobe products (**Target, Launch, Analytics, CJA**) with AEM - Provision access via **Adobe Admin Console**, use Adobe Support as needed, and handle production deployments using **Adobe Cloud Manager** - Deep experience across **Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and Customer Journey Analytics** - Strong full-stack development skills across system and application design - Develop and oversee **OSGi bundles**, AEM templates, **HTL/Sightly** components and services, launches, workflows, localization, AEM Mobile & Forms, and **AEM DAM** - Hands-on experience with components, templates, taxonomy, metadata management, forward/reverse replication, workflows, content publishing/unpublishing, tagging, Maven deployment, and content migration/planning - Experience with **SPA frameworks** (Vue.js, React) and AEM backend frameworks (OSGi, Sling, Sightly) - Provide expert guidance on AEM system engineering and support engineering best practices - Understand system architecture including high availability, disaster recovery, caching, CDN, and persistence layers - Partner with Marketing to translate needs into effective technical solutions - Proven track record launching complex enterprise platforms using **AEM Cloud Service** or **AEM 6.5** - Provide ongoing technical support to business and AEM engineering teams, functional SMEs, and analysts - Exceptional communication skills with both executive stakeholders and engineering teams - Familiarity with **Agile** (Scrum, Kanban) and test-driven development **Note** - This role description provides a general summary of essential responsibilities and is not exhaustive.
