In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional QA—building test infrastructure, tooling, and processes that accelerate engineering velocity and improve product quality. **What You’ll Do** - Refine and evolve testing infrastructure and tooling that enables engineers to ship high-quality features at scale - Design, implement, and maintain automated testing systems - Create internal tools that improve developer productivity and shorten iteration cycles - Partner closely with DevOps to optimize test execution and reliability within CI/CD pipelines - Drive best practices in testing, observability, and release confidence across the engineering org **What You’ll Bring** - 3–5 years experience scaling test frameworks, infrastructure, and developer tooling - Proficiency in **TypeScript and/or Python** - Experience with CI/CD systems such as **CircleCI, Buildkite**, or similar tools - Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure to complex problems - A systems mindset—reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability **Compensation** Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. **Salary range:** **$200,000 — $230,000 USD** **Be Your Best at Snorkel** Joining Snorkel means becoming part of a company with market-proven solutions, robust funding, and rapid scaling—offering both stability and the excitement of high growth.
