We help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale, working with world-class organizations to build custom AI faster than ever. **About the Role** We’re looking for talented and versatile **Product Engineers** to build end-to-end products—from front-end interfaces through the APIs and services that power them. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to turn complex requirements into elegant, high-quality experiences across the stack. We’re seeking engineers with strong technical depth in **React** and **TypeScript**, sharp product sense, and a passion for making sophisticated workflows feel intuitive. **What You’ll Do** - Build, ship, and maintain high-quality product features with full ownership from design through production (front end and, when needed, supporting services) - Enable operations teams to move fast by building abstractions and tools for safe use of agent workflows - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to define and implement solutions - Contribute to architecture decisions across the stack (scalability, maintainability, clean code) - Drive best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility - Design and build APIs and services when needed to ensure a clean contract between front end and back end - Participate in code reviews and help raise the quality bar - Proactively identify technical challenges and propose improvements to the product engineering ecosystem - Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues across the stack - Work a hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in **San Francisco, CA** or **New York City** **What We’re Looking For** - **4+ years** of professional software engineering experience; strong depth in **React** and **TypeScript** plus solid full-stack or front-end fundamentals - Solid understanding of **HTML5**, **CSS3**, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., **Tailwind**) - Experience with state management (e.g., **Redux**, React Context API) - Comfort designing and consuming **RESTful APIs**, with enough back-end fluency (e.g., **Node.js**, **Python**) to build/extend a service when required - Experience with responsive/adaptive design and accessibility standards (**WCAG**) - Proven track record delivering high-quality, scalable, maintainable code in a product environment - Strong communication skills across cross-functional partners - Ability to prototype and iterate quickly on sophisticated user workflows - Comfortable working independently and making scoped technical decisions - Experience in agile, cross-functional teams **Nice to Have** - Experience with **design systems** and reusable component libraries - Familiarity with server-side rendering frameworks (e.g., **Next.js**) - Experience with performance optimization for web applications - Prior work in developer tools or data-heavy product environments - Experience owning a feature end-to-end (database/service layer through UI) **Why This Role** You’ll have meaningful ownership over a product used by technical and enterprise teams solving real, high-stakes problems.
