**Senior RF Systems Integration & Test Engineer** **About Anduril** Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. Our Electronic Warfare (EW) team is redefining how we dominate the electromagnetic spectrum with agile, software-defined EW systems like Pulsar. **The Role** We're seeking a Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer to drive verification, automation, and operational deployment of next-gen Electronic Warfare systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to lead integration testing and ensure system reliability. **What You'll Do** • Develop and maintain system-level test strategies, procedures, and test plans for EW product lines • Perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems across RF/digital hardware, firmware, and software layers • Design and implement automated tests to increase coverage, repeatability, and efficiency • Triage and troubleshoot system-level failures to identify root causes • Analyze system telemetry and test data to validate fixes and ensure reliability • Serve as technical liaison during system deployment and field demonstrations • Travel up to 40% to support flight tests and customer-facing demonstrations **Required Qualifications** • 8+ years of relevant industry experience in hardware, software, and system-level verification and validation • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field • Proficiency with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, VNAs) • Linux command-line proficiency and shell scripting experience • Programming experience with Python or MATLAB for data analysis and test automation • Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills • Active U.S. Secret security clearance (required) • Excellent communication and organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications** • Direct experience with Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) and EW systems • Familiarity with wireless communication protocols and test methodologies • Knowledge of military standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461) • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environments **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 **Salary Range:** $146,000 – $194,000 USD Competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits package included.
