Join a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on innovation and customer success. **Responsibilities** - Design and guide implementation of **enterprise Microsoft 365 (M365)** solutions for collaboration, automation, knowledge sharing, and service optimization. - Provide architecture support across the **M365 cloud platform**, aligning technical capabilities with operational needs; evaluate new solutions and improve performance and adoption. - Architect **M365-based solutions** for enterprise collaboration, workflow automation, and scalable service delivery. - Serve as **Power Platform Administrator**: manage environments, tenant settings, licensing, governance, and overall platform health. - Provide expert Power Platform development support across **Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse** (solution design, deployments, reusable components). - Lead **Power Platform security** efforts: access controls, DLP policies, connector governance, and secure solution deployments. - Partner with **security and compliance** teams to align Power Platform solutions with M365 security and data governance requirements. - Support **Microsoft Purview** and related M365 security/compliance capabilities (data governance, retention, auditing, information protection). - Assess **Dataverse** environment performance and usage trends; recommend improvements to data models, capacity utilization, and reliability. - Support troubleshooting of M365 incident/task tickets by providing guidance on complex platform issues. - Support **OneDrive tenant and backup** solution architecture to meet operational, continuity, and data retention requirements. - Contribute to **SharePoint Online** architecture and administration activities aligned to business requirements and enterprise standards. - Lead/support **proofs of concept and pilots**: evaluate technical fit, document findings, and recommend scalable paths. - Develop/guide **scripting** approaches to improve automation, streamline administration, and enhance support for OneDrive and broader M365 capabilities. - Maintain and report **architectural documentation**, schedules, status inputs, risks, mitigations, and deliverables. **Qualifications** - Must be a **U.S. Citizen** or have **lawful permanent residence** in the United States. - Must possess an active Microsoft certification such as **Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102)** or **Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)**. - Must be able to pass a **federal background investigation** and obtain a **Public Trust**. - **Bachelor’s degree** in a related technical field (or equivalent experience). - **Minimum 5 years** supporting Microsoft 365 in a large corporate or government environment. - Expert-level experience administering **Microsoft Power Platform** (environment management, tenant settings, DLP, licensing, governance, operational support). - Expert-level experience developing enterprise solutions using **Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse**. - Strong Power Platform security experience (access controls, Dataverse security, connector governance, secure deployment practices). - Experience with **Microsoft Purview** (information protection, retention, auditing, compliance capabilities). - Strong working knowledge of M365 security/compliance tools (e.g., **Conditional Access**, **Entra ID gov
