**Senior Data and AI Specialist** **About the Role** Join Twilio's Strategy & Operations team to unlock exceptional growth through data analysis, scripting, and agentic workflows. You'll improve product quality, fight fraud, reduce billing errors, and optimize gross margins for our global telecommunications network. **Key Responsibilities** • **Agentic AI & Workflow Automation** - Architect and deploy LLMs, agents, and automated Python workflows to transform manual processes into scalable impact • **Analytics & Root Cause Analysis** - Perform SQL queries across complex datasets, design dashboards (Tableau/Looker), and define KPIs • **Cross-Functional Leadership** - Collaborate with Carrier Relations, Product, Finance, and Engineering to translate business needs into data solutions **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years developing technical data and automation solutions • Extensive SQL and relational database experience • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Tableau, and/or Looker • Experience with Python, APIs, or workflow platforms (Airtable, Zapier, n8n) • Experience building agents (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) and training LLM models • Strong data management, governance, and hygiene orientation **Desired Qualifications** • Sharp written and verbal communication skills • Telecom, messaging, or voice network familiarity • SaaS, consulting, or investment banking background • Project management and customer collaboration experience **Location & Travel** Remote (not eligible in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA). Occasional travel required for team meetings. **Compensation** $106,320 - $156,300 based on location.
