Anduril’s systems are powered by **Lattice OS**, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a real-time, 3D command and control center. **About the Team** The **Electronic Warfare (EW)** team builds agile, software-defined EW systems that deliver real-time detection, geolocation, and defeat capabilities to the tactical edge. Based out of **Costa Mesa HQ**, the team works on systems such as **Pulsar**, supporting mission sets including **Counter-UAS**, **ECM**, **Direction Finding**, and **cognitive RF sensing**. **About the Role** Anduril is seeking a **Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer** to drive verification, automation, and operational deployment of next-gen EW systems. You’ll collaborate with hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to lead integration testing across subassemblies and full systems—designing automated test suites, analyzing telemetry, triaging failures, and performing root-cause diagnosis. You’ll also serve as a technical liaison during deployment, including travel to support flight tests and field demonstrations. **What You’ll Do** - Develop and maintain system-level test strategies, procedures, and test plans for EW product lines - Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate and test new and existing EW products - Perform integration testing across RF/digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software layers - Design and implement automated tests to improve coverage, repeatability, and efficiency - Triaging and troubleshoot system-level failures to identify root causes - Analyze telemetry and test data to reproduce issues and validate fixes - Serve as a technical liaison to deploy integrated hardware-software products - Travel to support flight tests and system demonstrations (internal and customer-facing) **Required Qualifications** - **8+ years** of relevant experience in hardware/software/system-level verification & validation - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field - Proficiency with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, multimeters, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers) - Comfortable with **Linux** (CLI, shell scripts, debugging utilities) - Experience with **Python or MATLAB** for data parsing, telemetry analysis, and test automation - Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills - Ability to travel **up to 40%** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to obtain/maintain an active **U.S. Secret security clearance** **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with **Software-Defined Radios (SDRs)** and EW systems - Familiarity with wireless communication protocols and test methodologies - Understanding of military standards (e.g., **MIL-STD-810**, **MIL-STD-461**) and spectrum regulatory test methods - Thrives in fast-paced, highly autonomous environments - Experience with **Jira** and **Confluence** **Compensation (US Salary Range)** **$146,000 – $194,000 USD** (base salary estimate; equity and benefits may also apply) **Benefits** Comprehensive, competitive benefits package (available at little to no cost to employees).
