**DevOps / AgentOps Engineer, GTM Systems** **About the role** Go To Market (GTM) Systems builds and runs the platform that Sales and contracting operate on. We're hiring a DevOps / AgentOps engineer to build and run an AI-first CI/CD pipeline covering both Salesforce and custom application code. This release pipeline will support three modes: fully agentic, human-in-the-loop, and AI-assisted. **Key responsibilities** • Design, build, and operate the CI/CD pipeline for production Salesforce org and custom internal applications • Define how changes are classified and routed into agentic, human-in-the-loop, or AI-assisted lanes • Build the agent operations layer: scope, tools, permissions, sandboxing, and supervision boundaries • Implement approval workflows with distinct PR review and business sign-off gates • Own environment strategy, secrets handling, deploy observability, and rollback mechanics • Produce audit trails and evidence for SOX-scoped platform compliance • Measure pipeline metrics: lead time, failure rate, lane distribution, and automation opportunities • Pair with engineers and iterate on pipeline defaults **Minimum qualifications** • Built and run a CI/CD pipeline with branching model, merge gating, and rollback strategy • Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment mechanics or comparable enterprise platform • Fluent with AI coding tools and agentic workflows; clear opinions on agent vs. human boundaries • Design for failure: blast radius, sandboxing, permissions, and error scenarios • Comfortable with GitHub Actions or comparable CI systems, infrastructure as code, and scripting • Write clear design documents defendable to engineers, business approvers, and auditors **Preferred qualifications** • Shipped agents or automation in production systems of record • Operated platforms under SOX or similar audit regimes • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Gearset, Copado, sfdx-based pipelines) • Migrated teams from ad hoc deploys to governed pipelines • Built approval/notification workflows in Slack or comparable tools **Compensation & Logistics** 💰 $320,000 – $405,000 USD annual salary 🎓 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 📍 Hybrid: 25% office time minimum (some roles may require more) 🌍 Visa sponsorship available **About Anthropic** Anthropics mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems.
