**Mission Software Engineer, Senior** **About the Role** Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Mission Software Engineer to solve complex problems involving networking, autonomy, systems integration, and robotics. You'll own software solutions deployed to customers, write code to scale mission capabilities, and collaborate across teams to build and test critical functionality. **What You'll Do** • Own the software solutions deployed to customers • Write code to improve products and scale mission capability • Collaborate across multiple teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality • Create and analyze metrics for debugging and monitoring • Triage issues, root cause failures, and coordinate next steps • Partner with end-users to turn needs into features • Travel up to 25% of the time for real-world testing and deployment **Required Qualifications** • Strong engineering background (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics) • Experience with programming languages: Go, Rust, or Python • Experience with frontend frameworks: React or Angular • Experience building software with significant data processing and analysis • Ability to understand and navigate complex systems and codebases • Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact • Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance • Willing to travel up to 25% **Preferred Qualifications** • 8+ years of professional industry experience • Experience developing safety-critical software/hardware • Knowledge of distributed communication networks and message standards **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 **Salary Range:** $220,000 – $292,000 USD Competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits package included for full-time employees.
