**Front End Engineer, Marketing** **About the role** We're looking for a Front End Engineer to support our Brand Web team, working at the intersection of design and development to build and maintain Anthropic's web properties. You'll contribute to shipping high-quality web experiences across anthropic.com and claude.com - from interactive marketing pages and data visualizations to internal tooling. **Key responsibilities** • Own implementation of design system components and page templates with a focus on interactive experiences and data visualizations • Work within headless CMS architecture, maintaining content modeling and publishing workflows • Collaborate closely with designers to bridge static design and interactive web experiences • Contribute to internal tools that help teams author, manage, and publish content at scale • Participate in migrations and site architecture projects • Move quickly from concept to working prototype • Support tooling and workflow improvements **Minimum qualifications** • Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly Next.js or React-based tooling • Strong CSS skills for complex layouts, animations, and interactive experiences • Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms • Experience building internal tools or contributing to workflow improvements • Ability to prototype quickly and iterate confidently • Clear communication with designers and engineers • Track record of contributing to production web properties at mid-level scope **Preferred qualifications** • Experience with AI-assisted development workflows • Interest in generative or programmatic design • Familiarity with localization or internationalization systems **Compensation & Logistics** 💰 $300,000 – $320,000 USD annual salary 📍 Hybrid (25% office time minimum) 🎓 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required ✅ Visa sponsorship available **Learn more:** anthropic.com/careers
