Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data. **About the Role** We're looking for an experienced hands-on Technical Program Manager in the security domain to lead and manage security-related initiatives across the organization. You'll act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while mitigating security risks. **Location & Work Model** Full-time position based in Oakland, CA with hybrid flexibility (2 days/week in office) **Key Responsibilities** • Lead the security vulnerability management program for engineering (infrastructure, code, and dependencies) • Collaborate with Security and Engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and patch vulnerabilities • Evaluate tools and drive automation for faster vulnerability resolution • Run dependency management and image hardening programs • Establish and lead a code scanning program across teams • Assess business systems for vulnerabilities and compliance gaps (~20% of time) • Advocate for shift-left security strategies in the development lifecycle **Required Experience** • 5+ years in technical program management with focus on security engineering and vulnerability management • Proficiency in program management methodologies and best practices • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Deep understanding of application/infrastructure security, threat modeling, and secure SDLC • Hands-on experience with SAST/DAST tools and security automation • Familiarity with OWASP principles and cloud security best practices • Scripting/automation experience (Bash, Python, etc.) **Technologies** Bash, Python, JS, BigQuery, Looker, AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube, Grafana, Prisma, Snyk, and AI tools
