## Agentic Engineer (New Grad) — Noom Noom is a consumer-led digital health company on a mission to help people live better, longer. We build scalable, intelligent systems that combine technology with behavioral science to create user-centered products. ### About the Role As an **Agentic Engineer (New Grad)**, you’ll help build **autonomous, AI-driven systems** that power innovation across Noom. You’ll work at the intersection of **AI and software engineering**, contributing to **agent-based workflows** that support teams across product, marketing, people, finance, and growth. You’ll join at the ground floor of Noom’s **agentic AI journey**, collaborating in small, high-autonomy squads with experienced engineers. ### You Will - Contribute to agent-driven systems that translate product requirements into executable specifications and working prototypes - Implement and iterate on **multi-agent coordination workflows** for cross-functional teams - Write clean, maintainable code to build **LLM-powered systems** (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) - Integrate systems with **CI/CD pipelines** (e.g., GitHub Actions) and support **infrastructure-as-code** initiatives - Build and improve **observability** (logging, telemetry, failure handling) for AI workflows - Develop evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs, including automated testing and regression detection - Participate in **human-in-the-loop** processes to ensure quality and reliability - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and product teams - Stay current with emerging AI models, agent frameworks, and developer tools ### About You If you’re excited to shape the future of health by building autonomous systems that redefine how software is created, this role may be for you. ### You Have - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or expected within 6 months) - Strong programming fundamentals in at least one of: **Java, Kotlin, or Python** - Familiarity with software development practices (Git, etc.)
