About this role
**About the Role** Responsible for supporting the maintenance of applications and/or infrastructure, analyzing data against business requirements, and ensuring quality across Pathward’s technology stack. Performs analysis, design, development, testing, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and support of IT solutions. **What You Will Do** - Provide support for Pathward’s technologies and recommend improvements - Partner with stakeholders to gather information/data and develop a consistent view of product performance, quality, and operational support - Contribute to work estimates and deliver against them - Assist other IT teams with tasks and troubleshooting as needed - Evaluate new industry software and/or infrastructure technologies to stay current - Ensure quality through testing and adherence to IT standards and guidelines - Build test data needed to perform testing - Ensure applications and/or infrastructure meet defined security standards - Identify and report technology risks - Understand the data involved in the technologies being supported - Help maintain documented processes, best practices, and standards - Other duties as assigned **What You Will Need** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and work experience) - Typically 5+ years with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) **Compensation & Benefits** - **Salary range:** $72,000 – $120,000 - Eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity - Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees (health insurance, 401(k), life/disability, paid time off, and more) **Location / Work Style** - Hybrid / Remote office company - Onsite locations include: Sioux Falls, SD; Scottsdale, AZ; Louisville, KY; Troy, MI; Franklin, TN; Easton, PA - **#LI-Remote** *Don’t have everything listed?
