We enable innovators to build and scale AI with confidence, combining high-performance infrastructure with deep technical expertise. --- ## What you’ll do - Lead and grow a team of **Solutions Architects** covering **[REGION]** (hiring, onboarding, ramp plans, performance management). - Be a **player-coach**: stay hands-on with **architecture reviews**, **critical escalations**, root-cause analysis, and occasional deployments. - Own the **regional coverage model** (account assignment, on-call, escalation paths, and response expectations across time zones). - Partner with **Sales Engineering, Field Engineering, and Support** on pre-sales validation, deployment planning, and post-sales adoption. - Drive leverage by turning repeat issues into **reference architectures**, **Terraform/Helm assets**, **runbooks**, and enablement content. - Deliver and coach the team on **technical workshops, demos, and customer enablement sessions**. - Feed structured field evidence into **Product and Engineering** to influence roadmap and deployment tooling priorities. --- ## Who you are - **3+ years** managing a customer-facing technical team (Solutions Architecture, SRE, TAM, professional services, or field engineering) with direct hiring/performance responsibility (**5+ years** for Senior Manager). - **7+ years** hands-on infrastructure/platform/SRE experience (**10+ years** for Senior Manager). - Proven ability to systematically diagnose and resolve **production infrastructure issues** in customer-owned environments. - Hands-on expertise with **Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm**; strong networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS, ingress, load balancing, proxies) and cloud-managed services (e.g., MySQL, object stores). - Production experience with **Infrastructure as Code**, preferably **Terraform**. - Proficiency with at least one cloud platform (**AWS, GCP, or Azure**); working knowledge of more than one is a plus. - Strong **Linux/Unix** command line experience. - Working proficiency in **Python** and familiarity with **ML workflows/tooling**. - Experience supporting both **multi-tenant SaaS** and **customer-managed/on-prem** deployments. - Experience delivering **technical workshops/demos/enablement** to customer engineering teams. --- ## Preferred - Deep proficiency in Kubernetes design patterns (including **Operators and CRDs**). - Experience building a regional technical team from small headcount into a durable function with defined coverage, on-call, and ramp. - Familiarity with data engineering and MLOps tooling (e.g., **Ray, Kubeflow, Slurm, Airflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI**). - Experience with **GPU infrastructure** and distributed training workloads. - SaaS/web service/distributed systems operations experience at scale. - Experience with **air-gapped, sovereign, or regulated-industry** deployments. --- ## Why us?
