**CoreWeave — Manager / Senior Manager, Account Solutions Architecture (Greenfields)** ## What you’ll do - Lead and grow a team of Solutions Architects covering **[REGION]** (hiring, onboarding, ramp plans, performance management). - Stay hands-on with **architecture reviews**, **deployment escalations**, and **root-cause analysis** across **Kubernetes, networking, storage, and cloud infrastructure**. - Own the regional coverage model: **account assignment, on-call, escalation paths, and response expectations** across time zones. - Partner with **Sales Engineering, Field Engineering, and Support** on pre-sales validation, deployment planning, and post-sales adoption. - Drive leverage by turning repeat issues into **reference architectures**, **Terraform/Helm assets**, **runbooks**, and enablement content. - Deliver and coach the team on **technical workshops, demos, and customer enablement sessions**. - Feed structured field evidence into **Product and Engineering** to influence roadmap and deployment tooling priorities. ## About the role This is a **player-coach** role. You’ll keep your hands on the work (architecture reviews, critical escalations, and occasional deployments) while building the team and scalable systems that extend beyond your own coverage. You’ll be the technical escalation point for customer infrastructure failures and a key partner when deals depend on technical outcomes. ## Who you are - **3+ years** managing a customer-facing technical team (or **5+ years** for Senior Manager) with direct hiring and performance management responsibility. - **7+ years** hands-on infrastructure/platform/SRE experience (or **10+ years** for Senior Manager). - Proven ability to systematically diagnose and resolve production infrastructure issues in **customer-owned environments**. - Hands-on expertise with **Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm**; strong networking fundamentals (**DNS, TLS, ingress, load balancing, proxies**) and cloud-managed services (e.g., **MySQL, object stores**). - Production experience with **Infrastructure as Code** (preferably **Terraform**). - Proficiency with at least one cloud (**AWS, GCP, Azure**); additional cloud experience is a plus. - Strong **Linux/Unix** command line experience. - Working proficiency in **Python** and familiarity with **ML workflows/tooling**. - Experience supporting both **multi-tenant SaaS** and **customer-managed/on-prem** deployments. - Experience delivering **technical workshops/demos/enablement** to customer engineering teams. ## Preferred - Deep Kubernetes design patterns (e.g., **Operators and CRDs**). - Experience building a regional technical team from small headcount into a durable function with defined coverage/on-call/ramp. - Familiarity with data engineering & MLOps tooling (e.g., **Ray, Kubeflow, Slurm, Airflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI**). - Experience with **GPU infrastructure** and distributed training workloads. - Experience operating **SaaS/web services/distributed systems** at scale. - Experience with **air-gapped, sovereign, or regulated-industry** deployments. ## Why CoreWeave - Hyper-growth environment with a focus on learning and fast iteration. - Core values: **Be Curious at Your Core**, **Act Like an Owner**, **Empower Employees**, **Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experiences**, **Achieve More Together**. ## Compensation & benefits (high level) - Base salary range: **$182,000–$242,000** (final offer depends on knowledge/skills/experience and market location). - To
