Founded in 2013, our patented rating technology is used by 25,000+ organizations for self-monitoring, third-party risk management, board reporting, and cyber insurance underwriting—helping organizations find and fix cybersecurity risks across their digital footprint. **About the Role (GTM Engineer)** We’re looking for a **GTM Engineer** to build the next generation of systems, automations, and **AI-powered workflows** for our go-to-market teams. Reporting to the **Principal GTM Systems Architect**, you’ll work across **Salesforce, Agentforce, Workato, Zapier, Claude Code**, and the broader GTM technology stack to turn business problems into practical, scalable solutions. This is a **hands-on builder** role. You’ll partner with teams across **Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Revenue Operations** to identify where work is getting stuck, improve processes, and build solutions people actually use. **What You’ll Do** - Build and improve **AI-powered workflows and agents** using **Salesforce Agentforce** - Develop Salesforce solutions using **Flow, Apex, custom objects, permissions, APIs**, and other platform capabilities - Design and implement scalable solutions using **object-oriented programming** principles - Build integrations and automations across Salesforce and the GTM stack using **Workato** and **Zapier** - Use **Claude Code** and other AI development tools to prototype, build, test, and troubleshoot solutions - Connect systems and automate GTM workflows across the broader technology stack
