**Senior Lead Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure** **About the Role** Klaviyo's infrastructure is the foundation that every product, customer, and engineer depends on. You'll be the connective tissue between the Infrastructure organization and the rest of engineering, driving rollout of critical, cross-cutting programs that affect how we build, operate, and secure our platform at scale. **Key Responsibilities** • Own infrastructure initiative rollouts across engineering—drive programs from planning through completion, coordinating across teams without direct authority • Manage high-volume concurrent efforts: security operations, FinOps, build systems, software migrations, and cross-cutting infrastructure programs • Hold teams accountable and escalate when needed—surface capacity constraints quickly and drive trade-off decisions • Provide continuous program health visibility with clear, actionable reporting on status, risks, and decisions needed • Partner with Infrastructure leadership on planning, prioritization, and rolling roadmaps • Define ways of working across teams—create frameworks and coordination models for effective collaboration • Develop deep technical fluency in owned programs; understand what's being built, why it matters, and technical risks • Drive automation and operational excellence—challenge manual processes and partner on centralization opportunities **Who You Are** • Technically fluent in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering; understand security ops, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and migrations • A driver who moves work forward—follow up, push back, escalate, and hold people accountable constructively • Influential and relationship-driven; build trust across engineering teams and create alignment • AI-first mindset—use AI daily to move faster and work smarter; bring this to your teams • Comfortable managing high volume and ambiguity across parallel workstreams • Clear, direct communicator who tailors messages by audience • Outcome-oriented—measure success by realized impact **Preferred Experience** • 8+ years in technical program management within fast-paced product engineering (SaaS/high-growth tech) • Demonstrated experience driving large-scale infrastructure rollouts • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, FinOps, security operations, and software migrations • Strong fluency with Jira, Linear, Asana, or Smartsheet • Track record managing competing priorities without direct authority **Compensation & Benefits** Base Pay Range: $192,000–$288,000 USD (varies by location) Includes annual bonus, equity, comprehensive health/wellness benefits **Additional Info** Up to 10% travel for onboarding, team meetings, and industry events.
