**Engineering Manager, Digital Assets** **About the Role** Lead engineering efforts to integrate Ripple's digital asset capabilities into the Ripple Treasury platform. This is a greenfield opportunity to build a new category of enterprise software by combining digital assets (XRP, RLUSD, tokenized assets, custody, cross-border settlement) with corporate treasury workflows. **Key Responsibilities** • Manage engineering for digital asset integration, designing systems that connect Ripple's digital asset functions with Treasury's enterprise platform • Build and mentor a team of up to four full-stack .NET developers • Ship working software daily using fast-paced Kanban workflows • Collaborate with core digital assets team on protocol capabilities and integration points • Design full-stack solutions (.NET backend, Angular/React frontend) with enterprise-grade reliability and security • Navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions with incomplete information • Partner with product, compliance, and treasury experts to translate requirements into features • Define engineering practices, coding standards, and deployment patterns **Required Experience** • 7+ years software engineering with strong full-stack .NET and modern frontend framework experience • 2+ years leading engineering teams (recruitment, mentoring, development) • Proven ability to ship in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Production fintech, digital assets, or blockchain background • Comfortable pioneering work with undefined playbooks • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills • Hands-on leadership with willingness to write production code **Nice to Have** • Blockchain protocols, digital asset custody, or tokenization expertise • XRP Ledger, RLUSD, or Ripple ecosystem experience • Corporate treasury or treasury management systems background • Traditional finance + digital asset integration experience • Digital asset regulatory knowledge **Why Join Ripple** Competitive salary, bonuses, and equity • Comprehensive benefits (health, retirement, family support) • Professional development budget • Flexible in-office collaboration (10+ days/month) • R&R days and generous vacation • Industry-leading parental leave • Catered lunches and wellness programs
