## Head of Fund Analytics & Automation — Credit Fund ### About the role We’re looking for a **hands-on Head of Fund Analytics & Automation** to join our **Credit Fund** team in the office of the **Chief Credit Officer**. You’ll **design, build, and operate the fund’s data and automation stack end-to-end**, then **own it as the fund goes live**. The credit fund is being built with a **deliberately small team**, so this is a senior technical hire who can both **engineer the platform** and **partner directly with investors and borrowers**. **What you’ll do** - Build and run the fund’s **analytics + automation platform** from end to end - Develop underwriting and decision support grounded in **real payment telemetry** (including **Xsolla transaction data**) - Ship **audit-grade systems** and be able to **defend the numbers** to **LPs and borrowers** - Start as a builder, then become the **owner-operator** of the platform, with increasing involvement in underwriting decisions - As deal volume grows, scope to **hire and lead a small team** **What we’re looking for** - Strong **SQL** and **Python** - Production-grade **automation** experience - Real experience in **portfolio analytics**, **market risk**, or **credit** - Ability to build systems that are both **rigorous with data** and **credible to stakeholders** - Interest in **AI-governed automation** for private credit ### About Xsolla Xsolla is a global commerce company with tools and services that help developers solve challenges in the video game industry—supporting companies to **fund, distribute, market, and monetize** their games. - Headquartered and incorporated in **Los Angeles, California** - Operates as the **merchant of record** - Has helped **1,500+** game developers reach more players and grow globally Learn more at: **xsolla.com**
