**Systems Analyst — HelloFresh** HelloFresh is revolutionizing the way people eat by making it more convenient and exciting to cook meals from scratch. As a **Systems Analyst**, you’ll support production systems and work on valuable data analytics to help improve how we bring food to customers’ tables. **What you’ll do** - Support **WMS, WES, WCS**, and other order processing systems within the fulfillment network - Troubleshoot technical issues in WMS, WES, WCS, and other systems across all operations - Use reporting tools to create reports that improve operational visibility and performance - Build deep knowledge of site-level operations to drive continuous improvement - Continuously review operations setup and drive improvements through enhancements and deployments - Serve as the point of contact for production system requests (e.g., order research, ad hoc reporting) - Own **Level 1 Support** - Document support issues and resolutions - Create **Work Instruction** and **SOP** documents - Develop training materials for **WMS, WES, WCS** **You are** - Excellent communicator - Able to multi-task and prioritize - Detail-oriented - Flexible and reliable to cover scheduled shifts supporting **24/7** production operations **At a minimum, you have** - **BS degree required** (Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering desired) - **1+ years** experience in multi-site industrial distribution, manufacturing, or processing environments - Proficiency with **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and **Google tools** (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.) - **SQL experience** - Experience gathering data and creating custom reports - Some travel **Schedule** - Varies based on support needs **Compensation (Arizona Pay Range)** - **$79,800 — $85,500 USD** **You’ll get** - Competitive hourly rate, 401K company match (vests immediately upon participation), and team bonus opportunities - Generous PTO and a flexible attendance policy - Comprehensive health and wellness benefits (options at $0 monthly, effective first day) - Up to **85% discount** on HelloFresh meal subscriptions - Access to Employee Resource Groups (including BIPOC, women, veterans, parents, and LGBTQ+) - Inclusive, collaborative, mission-driven environment *Note: This role description provides a general overview and may be adjusted based on business needs.*
