**Senior Technical Program Manager - Developer Connections, Build & Release** Technical Program Managers at Riot lead cross-functional teams to deliver large programs aligned with Riot’s strategic priorities—driving player value through secure, scalable services from inception to global deployment. As a **Senior Technical Program Manager** on the **Developer Connections (DevCon)** team, you will coordinate development projects and lead the integration of Riot’s games with the DevCon suite of products. You’ll work with cross-functional Scrum teams, implement and uphold delivery framework standards, and coach team members on best practices for program delivery. You’ll report to the **Senior Manager of Technical Program Management** on the DevCon team. --- ## Responsibilities - Align autonomous teams toward complex cross-business unit programs centered on Riot’s strategic technology priorities. - Create program plans with cross-functional partners (creative, architecture, operations, technical teams, and leadership). - Evangelize processes and delivery methodologies to achieve program goals. - Facilitate and manage Agile project management events and processes for medium to large teams. - Report on program performance and ensure milestones are met against objectives. - Organize program-level planning, communication, and team rituals. - Manage risks and issues across programs and within teams. - Build and maintain roadmaps to foster transparency and predictability. - Maintain partner relationships by providing visibility into workstreams and ensuring partner satisfaction. - Assist with product release and go-to-market plans. - Understand fiscal practices and controls, including recording/reporting on program expenditures and ROI. --- ## Required Qualifications - 6+ years of relevant industry experience. - Agile certifications from **Scrum Alliance**, **Scrum.org**, **PMI**, or **ICAgile**. - Advanced Atlassian Power User experience (Jira Product Discovery, Jira Space Administration, Jira Plans). - Experience with **CI/CD** tooling and **DevOps** practices. - Experience in software development, infrastructure, or live operations management. - Excellent teamwork, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. --- ## Desired Qualifications - Prior program experience in a large distributed organization. - Experience managing hardware/software/video game products across the full lifecycle (conception → development/launch → live service operations). - Atlassian certifications. --- *For this role, success comes from craft expertise and collaboration that prioritizes fellow Rioters—who are the customers of your work.
