## Lead MarTech & AI Solutions Architect ### About the Role Klaviyo is seeking a **Lead MarTech & AI Solutions Architect** (individual contributor) for someone who wants deep, hands-on ownership. In this role, you’ll design and build the **end-to-end architecture** for how marketing data moves through Klaviyo’s systems—from **lead and data intake** through **conversion**—embedding **AI and automation** directly into that journey to accelerate it. You’ll also architect and own a **centralized marketing hub** across the full marketing lifecycle: **budget allocation and planning**, **campaign execution**, and using **performance insights** to improve ROI and accelerate the next planning cycle. This role has high ownership and visibility: you’ll be the architect who understands how systems connect, why they’re built that way, and where they need to go next—building the technical foundation for a single, connected ecosystem supporting customer journeys, personalization, planning cycles, and cross-functional decisions. ### How You’ll Make a Difference - Design and build **AI-powered marketing capabilities** into Klaviyo systems, from **generative AI** use cases to **predictive scoring** and **intent-based automation**. - Serve as the **technical owner** of how marketing systems integrate—proactively identifying where data breaks or logic conflicts, and implementing architectural solutions to evolve the ecosystem for business growth. - Build and connect an ecosystem that accelerates **customer journeys** through **personalization** across the funnel, leveraging behavioral, product, and intent signals to maximize acquisition, conversion, and expansion. - Translate **performance data** and business requirements into architecture and process improvements that shorten planning cycles and improve marketing ROI. - Partner cross-functionally with **Lifecycle, Marketing Analytics, Sales Ops**, and other technical teams to align system architecture with business needs—representing the technical point of view in planning and governance discussions. - Perform solution architecture reviews and (additional responsibilities continue in the original posting).
