**Engineering Manager, CustomerLake Profile Agents** **Position ID:** P-1701 **About the Role** Lead the team building Profile Agents at Databricks, shaping the product, architecture, and engineering foundation behind our Customer 360 platform. CustomerLake is our new Agentic CDP launched at Data + AI Summit 2026, with outstanding early traction. **Key Responsibilities** • Own delivery for Profile Agents, from identity resolution and agentic pipeline generation through production-quality Customer 360 outputs • Hire and grow a small, senior team, building the foundation as the product scales from private preview • Help set technical direction with product and VP of Engineering • Build the quality bar for agent-generated pipelines: autonomy vs. human review and validation • Work directly with customers and design partners to turn their problems into engineering priorities • Drive growth in one of the fastest growing teams at a leading Data + AI company **What We're Looking For** • 3+ years of engineering management leading high-performing teams • 8+ years building and operating production data or distributed systems • Experience shipping data engineering products (ETL, MDM, data quality tooling) • Hands-on experience applying agents/LLMs to data engineering problems • Passion for taking products from 0 to 1 with no existing playbook • Track record scaling complex data services to thousands of enterprise customers • BS or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 **Salary Range:** $190,000 – $261,250 USD Compensation includes eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
