**Lead International Trading Support Analyst, Front Office** **About the Role** Join Ridgeline's global trading support organization as a Lead International Trading Support Analyst focused on Front Office support. You'll provide extended-hours coverage for customers operating across APAC and EMEA markets, ensuring seamless trading operations and rapid issue resolution across multiple time zones. **Schedule** • Sunday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM PT • Monday-Thursday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM PT **Key Responsibilities** • Provide rapid resolution support for trading and reconciliation issues affecting Ridgeline customers • Deliver start-of-day support to APAC and EMEA customers for data reconciliation • Partner with US and Dublin-based support teams for seamless follow-the-sun coverage • Troubleshoot technical challenges via Salesforce, including data integrations and third-party provider coordination • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on customer bugs and enhancements • Become a subject-matter expert on Ridgeline's Front Office Applications and Market Data • Work directly with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Chief Compliance Officers • Make independent, real-time decisions impacting customer operations • Investigate and resolve critical system issues with minimal oversight • Mentor team members as the organization scales **Required Experience** • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field • 8+ years implementing or troubleshooting technical customer issues in FinTech (OMS/EMS, back office, financial accounting) • Hands-on experience with FinTech file formats (DTCC, FIX, SWIFT) • Portfolio management and/or reconciliation systems experience • Strong customer escalation handling skills • Quick learner with ability to work independently • Excellent verbal and written communication **Bonus Skills** • Salesforce Service Cloud experience • Google Apps or MS Office suite proficiency • Slack, JIRA/Confluence familiarity • Basic AWS, APIs, and serverless technology knowledge **Compensation & Benefits** • Salary: $119,500 - $149,000 • Stock options available • Unlimited vacation • Educational and wellness reimbursements • $0 cost employee insurance plans **About Ridgeline** Ridgeline is the first front-to-back system of record for investment managers, founded by Dave Duffield (co-founder of PeopleSoft and Workday).
