## AI Ops Engineer — Professional Services Agiloft is seeking an **AI Ops Engineer (Professional Services)** to embed within the Professional Services (PS) organization and help advance AI capabilities through practical, governed solutions. ### What you’ll do - Translate Agiloft’s **enterprise AI strategy** into real-world solutions that improve: - **Implementation efficiency** - **Consultant productivity** - **Delivery automation** - Build **AI-powered workflows**, **agentic solutions**, and **automation** that enhance customer implementations. - Work exclusively on **PS initiatives**, aligned with **AI Operations governance** (standards, architecture, tooling, and strategic alignment). - Develop a deep understanding of how PS delivers projects to: - Identify opportunities - Shape strategy - Drive adoption of AI to improve **efficiency, consistency, and service quality**. - Partner closely with **PS AI Builders** and **AI Operations** to deliver **scalable, governed AI solutions**. ### How you’ll work - Day-to-day priorities are driven by **PS leadership**. - You’ll report to **Professional Services leadership** with a dotted-line relationship to the **VP of AI Operations**. - Serve as both a **hands-on builder** and a **trusted AI advisor**. ### About Agiloft (high level) Agiloft is a data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software company. Their platform helps organizations manage the end-to-end contract process—proposing, negotiating, signing, and leveraging contracts—using AI and strong integration capabilities. *Note: This role is embedded within Professional Services and focuses on PS delivery automation and AI adoption under AI Ops governance.*
