As our platform scales globally, we're looking for people who can turn complex systems into practical, working solutions. **The Role:** As a Software Engineer in Partner Engineering, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping technical solutions that directly impact our top-tier partners. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, bridging gaps between engineering, product, and partner teams. **Key Responsibilities:** • Build deep technical expertise in Liftoff products to maximize customer impact • Drive successful client outcomes by translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle for partner integrations • Innovate by refining Liftoff's tools and products based on customer feedback • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues with automated solutions • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless partner experiences • Foster engineering excellence through design, testing, and code review **Requirements:** • 5+ years of related experience (adtech industry experience a plus) • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Data/Analytics a plus) • Proficiency in Golang, Python, JavaScript, or Java • Strong SQL and big data analysis skills • Customer empathy and passion for problem-solving • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities • Clear communication skills with customer-focused mindset • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative **Why You'll Love Working Here:** • Work on impactful projects in the dynamic mobile ad tech space • Join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence • Flexible work options suited to your lifestyle • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and personal growth **Location & Travel:** Full-time remote eligible in: CA, CO, ID, IL, FL, GA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TX, UT, WA. Expect quarterly in-person team gatherings. **Compensation:** • SF Bay Area, NYC, LA/Orange County, Seattle: $165,000 - $205,000 • Other CA cities, Portland, Denver, Austin, Boston: $151,000 - $188,000 • All other approved locations: $141,000 - $176,000 • Includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits Liftoff is an equal opportunity employer.
