As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge **autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking** to the military in months, not years. **About the Team (Factory Systems)** The **Factory Systems** organization owns the physical-to-digital interface of the factory—**endpoints, software, and the infrastructure foundation**—powering Anduril’s next-generation manufacturing ecosystem. **About the Job** Anduril is seeking a highly skilled and driven Software Engineer to join a fast-paced team dedicated to the continued development and operation of a **foundational software test platform**. This platform is used to systematically test Anduril’s products and create analytics to improve development processes. You’ll champion automation and reduce operator time and instruction complexity through **parallel execution, data acquisition, and automated deployment tools**. You’ll solve complex, multi-platform problems spanning **software and hardware integration**, working alongside engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams. To succeed, you’ll need to be curious, technically adept, an excellent communicator, and have a strong product mindset—able to move quickly from idea to implementation and take ownership of your craft. --- ## What You’ll Do - Work in a mini-startup environment to create elegant platform solutions that integrate effectively with **edge and cloud** systems - Collaborate with a high-functioning team focused on finishing **business-critical** projects - Write high-quality code that improves **performance, scalability, and reliability** of the platform - Participate in **code reviews**, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives - Provide technical support for platform users and troubleshoot issues as they arise - Develop deep expertise in portions of the stack --- ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field** - **3+ years** of relevant industry software development experience - Proficient in designing and developing **RESTful backend services** using **.NET** (C#/ASP.NET/.NET Core) - Experience designing and operating **cloud-based architectures** on **AWS** (or similar) - Experience managing **containerized applications** with **Docker, Kubernetes**, and **infrastructure as code** - Experience with major **relational databases** (SQLite, SQL Server, etc.) and/or **NoSQL** (AWS DynamoDB, Redis, etc.) - **U.S. citizenship required** (role needs access to export-controlled data) --- ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience in hyper-growth, startup-like environments with success scaling and maturing software development processes - Familiarity with **edge-to-cloud communication**, including messaging protocols and semantics (e.g., exactly-once delivery, resiliency, fault tolerance) - Working knowledge of **CPython internals** (embedding CPython in a .NET process) - Familiarity with frontier AI tooling, AI coding assistants, and AI-enabled software development workflows --- ## Compensation & B
