We're digitally transforming industries representing 40%+ of global GDP—agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing. **About the Role** Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Finance's data foundation and AI systems. You'll design secure, scalable applications and pipelines transforming financial data from NetSuite, Workday, Adaptive, and Salesforce into a modern Databricks foundation. This role bridges Finance & Strategy with BizTech, PeopleOps, and Accounting. **Key Responsibilities** • Own the data foundation and AI roadmap for Finance & Strategy • Design and maintain pipelines connecting financial systems (Databricks, NetSuite, Workday, Adaptive, Salesforce) • Build agentic-first close and AI-powered tools for forecasting, variance analysis, and workforce planning • Lead cross-functional alignment on system workstreams • Evaluate emerging technologies in AI, automation, and data infrastructure • Establish data quality standards and governance practices • Enable end users through documentation, training, and technical support **Minimum Requirements** • Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or equivalent experience • 8+ years building production-grade data pipelines and enterprise applications • Hands-on LLM experience (prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, evaluation) • Proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and APIs • SQL and data modeling expertise • Experience with data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) • Working knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and close processes • Excellent collaboration and communication skills **Ideal Candidates Also Have** • Production experience building agentic systems • Background in high-growth or public company finance • Ability to thrive in fast-growing, ambiguous environments **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 Base Salary: $146,370 – $246,000 USD 📈 RSU grants with no vesting cliff + performance-based refresh opportunities 🏢 Flexible remote model with office access 📚 Professional development stipend 🏥 Comprehensive health and parental leave plans **Location**: US-based *All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, or other protected characteristics.*
