**Senior Data Scientist - Experimentation Platform** **About the Team** The Decision Systems Experimentation Platform team builds the platform and standards for DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt to experiment successfully across the marketplace. This team shapes the next evolution of experimentation across all brands. **About the Role** In your first few months, you'll understand how data scientists across the three brands currently experiment and help close existing gaps. You'll build methodology, tooling, and standards alongside the team based in London, UK. You'll report to the Data Science Manager on the Decision Systems team and be based in New York, with occasional travel within the US and internationally. **Key Responsibilities** • Design statistical methods that encourage experimentation best practice across three brands • Work with leadership to define the experimentation vision • Set standards that experimenters rely on to trust their results • Partner with engineering to build the platform • Help determine where AI belongs in the experimentation process **What We're Looking For** • 6+ years of experience in data science and experimentation • Experience thinking about experimentation at a programme level • Solid technical grounding in experimentation methodology (multiple comparisons, power calculations, etc.) • Comfortable as an individual contributor with strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills **Compensation & Benefits** $184,300 – $271,000 USD (base salary varies by location and experience) Benefits include: equity grants, 401(k) matching, 16 weeks paid parental leave, medical/dental/vision, 11 paid holidays, flexible PTO, paid sick leave, wellness benefits, and more. **About DoorDash** We're a technology and logistics company empowering local economies.
