**Sr. AI Systems & Solutions Architect, Global Services** **About the Role** Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Global Services organization leverages AI to operate smarter and deliver more impact. This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, solutions architecture, and internal enablement. **What You'll Do** **Program Strategy & Discovery** • Partner with Services leaders to identify high-impact areas for AI and automation • Prioritize opportunities based on efficiency gains and impact • Translate ambiguous ideas into clear program roadmaps with defined outcomes **Technical Prototyping & Productization** • Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern AI platforms • Design and connect AI systems using APIs, MCPs, automation platforms, and internal data sources • Develop effective prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows • Evaluate and iterate on AI solutions using user feedback and business outcomes **Enablement & AI Literacy** • Create documentation, implementation guides, and best practices • Lead enablement sessions and workshops to grow AI fluency • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and tools **Who You Are** • Systems thinker with strong technical foundation and passion for solving business problems with AI • Experienced building AI-powered prototypes using LLMs and modern AI tools • Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts and enable adoption • Comfortable partnering with engineering teams to scale solutions **Preferred Experience** • 4+ years in AI solutions, solutions architecture, automation, or similar technical roles • Hands-on experience with Claude or other leading LLM platforms • Experience integrating AI with APIs, internal systems, or data sources • Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback • Familiarity with Global Services functions (onboarding, education, consulting, customer success) **Compensation & Benefits** Base Pay Range: $112,000 – $168,000 USD (varies by location) Includes annual bonus, equity, comprehensive health and wellness benefits **Additional Info** Up to 10% travel required.
